Leaving Paris

Today we head to the train station and head east or south or somewhere... not sure where we are going to end up tonight.

Yesterday we went to the Jardin du Luxembourg and there was a free open air concert so we stayed a while...then wandered through the gardens...

We walked from there to the Pantheon

 and ate crepes across the road....

Then we grabbed the Metro to our opera which started 2:30pm (Lucia di Lammermoor) at the Bastille Opera house.  It was jen's first opera experience and she loved it ... needed a few tissues to get through.  We were in the middle of the 7th row so could see all the expressions etc... very amazing and wow the lead singer's voice was something else...

Then last night went to dinner and then a Jazz club about 5 minutes walk from our hotel.
